2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated in a formal service contract or statement of work (SOW):

• All source code, design elements, graphics, audio, text, logos, trademarks, and website architecture on talvoryxstudios.com are owned or controlled by Talvoryx Studios and are protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws.
• Custom game assets, 3D models, code modules, and project deliverables developed for clients are subject to individual Master Services Agreements (MSA) or Statements of Work, under which full intellectual property ownership transfers upon complete payment of agreed milestones.

3. User Representations & Acceptable Use

By using this website, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration or contact information you submit is truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• You will not access or use the website for any unauthorized, unlawful, or malicious purpose.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, bypass security mechanisms, or introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code to our digital infrastructure.

4. Service Quotes & Client Agreements

Information presented on this website regarding game development, 3D modeling, co-development, and porting serves for informational and promotional purposes. Formal commercial engagements, deliverables, milestones, payment schedules, and NDAs are governed exclusively by executed contracts signed between Talvoryx Studios and the Client.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Talvoryx Studios, its directors, employees, or partners be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or inability to access our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
